L-Carnitine - What exactly is it?

L-Carnitine works as a transport molecule for fatty acids in the mitochondria so that they can be broken down to create ATP. In other words, it moves fatty acids into the cells so they can be transformed into energy. L-Carnitine has been shown in multiple studies to aid in:

• Fat loss and increased lean body mass (askarpour 2019)
• Improved libido and erectile function (cavallini 2004)
• Increased androgen receptor amount and sensitivity (kraemer 2006)

How to use L-Carnitine

You will receive 9 vials (each vial at 10ml dosed at 500mg/ml) OR 3 vials (each vial at 30ml dosed at 500mg/ml) depending on your mailing address.Â

Every day: You will inject 1ml (100 units on an insulin syringe IM) daily. The syringes are provided for you by the pharmacy. This is equivalent to 500 mg of L-carnitine. You will inject in the upper outer region of your glutes.Â
